Delivery & Returns

Once you've paid, rest assured that we'll be carefully packing your order and dispatching as soon as we can! This is normally the next working day.

Postage is always free and fully insured for your piece of mind and is either Royal Mail First Class or, for large orders, Special Delivery.

Should you wish to return any of the items, that's no problem at all - although they must be sent back using tracked mail within 14 days.

A full refund will be given for any unwanted coins, although obviously we can't refund your return postage. Please email before returning any coins, so that we can give you a returns number - this helps us identify your return.

And of course, any items returned must be in the same condition as you received  them - so please don't handle any silver coins you don't intend to keep, as natural oils on your fingers will degrade the silver finish.
